An initial “meet and greet”
visit will be scheduled for all new clients and is free of charge. This meeting
allows you to meet us and introduce us to your pet. We’ll gather pertinent
information specific to the care of your pet and will obtain a key and/or
instruction for entering your home. It is highly recommended that you allow us
to keep your key on file for your future travel needs. Your key will be coded
and locked in a secure place.
We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Therefore, it is strongly
recommended you reserve services as soon as your travel plans are confirmed, as
we are busy all year and often book to capacity. If you have to leave
unexpectedly, we will accommodate your needs as well as possible, but cannot
guarantee the availability of last minute services.
All pet visits requested, changed or cancelled must be called into the office.
Voicemail, email or notes left for your pet sitter cannot be accepted as firm
reservations or changes. This practice ensures that our office carries full
responsibility for making sure visits are made when they are supposed to be.
Pet sitting service
cancellations generally require at least 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours may
carry a 50% cancellation fee. If you return home early from a trip, we do not
refund any unused visits as your time slot cannot be replaced at such late
notice.
In the event of extreme hot or
cold temperatures, or icy/snowy, flooded roads or sidewalks, your pet’s outdoor
time/walk may be limited to help ensure the safety of both your pet and pet
sitter. In these circumstances, more time indoors will be spent with your pet in
the form of playtime and TLC.
Refer someone to us and receive
$20 or a credit of $20 towards your next booking! Your friend simply needs to
mention that you referred them and upon their signing up, using and paying for
service, your bonus will be issued.
